আমরা পেশাজীবী মানুষের জন্য প্রয়োজনীয় কিছু তথ্য নিয়ে প্রতিনিয়ত আপনাদের সমানে আসব।

আমাদের দেশে পেশাজীবী মানুষের জন্য পেশাগত ক্ষেত্রে উন্নয়নের জন্য প্রয়োজনীয় তথ্য এবং নির্দেশনা পাওয়া খুব একটা সহজ নয়। কিছু কিছু ওয়েব সাইট আছে যারা এসব ব্যাপারে কিছু নির্দেশনা দিয়ে থাকে। কিছু কিছু খবরের কাগজ এই ব্যাপারে কিছু লেখা প্রকাশ করে থাকে।

পেশাগত উন্নয়নের ক্ষেত্রে বাংলাদেশে বেশ কিছু প্রতিষ্ঠান (HR Kites, British Council, Speed, Trac, Bdjobs, etc.) বেশ কিছু প্রশিক্ষণ কার্যক্রম পরিচালনা করে থাকে। অধিকাংশ ব্যবসায়িক প্রতিষ্ঠান এসব প্রশিক্ষণ প্রতিষ্ঠান থেকে বিভিন্ন বিষয়ে বেশ কিছু প্রশিক্ষণ নিয়ে থাকে। আমাদের এই ওয়েব সাইট নিয়মিত বিভিন্ন বিষয়ে (Leadership, Motivation, Networking, Self Development, Interview Tips, Marketing, New Business, Technology, Finance etc.) বাস্তব কিছু নির্দেশনা দেয়ার চেষ্টা করবে।

মুলত এই ওয়েব সাইট বিশেষভাবে পেশাজীবী মানুষদের সক্ষমতা বাড়াতে চেষ্টা করবে।

  10. Just to follow the principle I learnt from this site, I will be happy to share my own ideas and experiences and learn from others. Today’s thought;”Unless dogs bite you, you do not learn about dog bites.” This is true for every profession. One have to learn from mistakes. Mistakes are not expected, but they happen, and therefore, mistakes should not be ignored, wasted and be best managed and taken as a learning opportunity. But the crux of the problem is, we forget our mistskes since mistakes are painful experiences and in our culture mistakes are not considered to be a good event. But we have to celebrate mistakes if they happen.
